A lovely two-bedroom loft apartment located only eight minutes from Santa Cruz awaits your arrival. This is a first floor apartment that was recently renovated and still maintains the history of the building. The apartment is centrally located and all the amenities needed are nearby. This is the perfect spot for exploring the city, as there are many attractions that can be explored by walking, renting a bicycle or taking the train.

Upon entering the building, you will take the elevator to the second floor where the entrance to this spacious apartment accesses an entrance with the living area at the end. Nicely furnished with a sofa, armchair and a television, this is a nice place to relax and enjoy all the amenities of home.

The kitchen is accessed from this room as well. It has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and a kettle. There is also a dining table and chairs for the convenience of guests. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils needed for cooking meals.

Stairs to an upper level are located here. There is a room located here with a double bed and writing desk. This room has a view of the lower level and is spacious and nicely decorated.

There are two bedrooms and the master bedroom is spacious and nicely furnished. It has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. A writing desk is provided. All bed linens are provided. The second bedroom is also nicely furnished and has a double bed as well.

There are two bathrooms each containing a shower, a toilet and a bidet. They are modern and provide a hair dryer and bath towels.
