This is a spacious two-bedroom duplex apartment in Seville´s cultural district of Triana, for up to eight guests. Located inside a recently renovated 18th century building, the apartment still has its traditional features including exposed ceiling beams, new polished wooden floors and classic style furniture. A welcoming location that will make you feel truly at home. It is close to the Guadalquivir River and the Plaza de Toros (bullfighting ring). Street parking is available.

This spacious air conditioned property covers an area of 80 sqm and it is beautifully illuminated with natural sunlight. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and a big wardrobe. The living room is adorned with comfortable sofas, a sofa-bed and armchairs as well as a dinner table with chairs. Located on the upper mezzanine level of the apartment, there is another bedroom with a king sized bed, comfortable armchairs, flat screen television, coffee table, a writing desk with a lamp and another sofa bed where one more couple can be comfortably accommodated.

On the lower level is the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove and oven, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware. Also available for your use is a washing machine and ironing equipment. All bed linen and towels are supplied. The newly fitted bathroom has a shower, a basin, a bathtub and a hairdryer.

This neighbourhood is filled with artist workshops, potters and tile shops, flamenco schools and is considered to be one of the best locations in Andalucía to experience a live flamenco performance. The area was once an island separated from the rest of Seville by the river.

In 1582 a bridge was built, connecting it to the mainland. The ferries that used to take people from Triana to the city are now an enjoyable activity for tourists. Triana is also home to the Plaza del Altozano, a lively area filled with tapas bars where you can experience the best of southern Spanish cuisine.
