A lovely two-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a building in the Alameda neighborhood is the perfect place to base your stay while in Spain. This is a historical square that is in the midst of many shops and bars allowing guests the convenience of attractions within walking distance. The apartment faces the Guadalquivir River and the center of the city is located behind the building.

Access to the apartment is by elevator. Upon entering the living area, the décor is bright and cheerful. There are two sofas - one of which makes into a bed - an armchair, coffee table, CD player, radio and television. The dining area is also a part of this room, where a dining table and four chairs allow guests to enjoy a meal cooked in or a late night snack.

The kitchen is modern and has a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge and toaster. With plenty of space for preparing a meal, the kitchen provides all the cooking utensils needed as well.
A balcony provides a wonderful view of the river. It is perfect for guest to enjoy before leaving for their day's adventures or for enjoying the stars at night before retiring.

The master bedroom has a double bed. This is a nicely furnished room and has bedside tables and lamps and a closet/wardrobe for putting your things away. The blankets are provided as well as the bed linens.
The second bedroom also has a double bed as well as all the comforts of home. The apartment will accommodate 6 people with the sofa bed, although the base price is for 2.

A modern bathroom with a bathtub and a shower is provided. The bath towels are supplied.
The apartment has WiFi and air conditioning and heating for comfort no matter the weather. Smoking is permitted and the apartment is cannabis friendly. Pets are allowed and it is wheelchair friendly. There are individual private parking spaces in the building. It is only approximately 20 minutes from the airport by taxi.

The apartment is located in an area preferred by many tourists due to the location. It is only a five minute walk to the Alameda de Hercules and about 10 minutes from the Cathedral of Seville. If you are interested in bull fighting, a bullring is nearby as well. There are many museums for those who are interested in history and a bus stop in front of the building in which the apartment is located. There are many churches nearby and the Alameda neighborhood is bordered by Seville which also borders Santa Cruz and Alfalfa. The center of the Alameda contains two gigantic pillars which are of Roman descent and one has statute of Hercules, who according to many stories is the founder of Seville. El Onium Sancorum, which is not far from the square, is the oldest church in Seville.

Alameda is named for the eight rows of popular trees within the center of the public gardens that were built in 1574. The apartment is one of the best locations in the area for the history that many visitors come to spend their holiday to explore and is a great place to sample the Moroccan and Mexican as well as International cuisine.
