This self contained studio apartment is located inside a beautiful Modernist style home, originally built at the beginning of the 20th Century and recently rennovated to include a lift and disabled ramp access.
The apartment sleeps two people on a pull out sofa bed in a combined lounge/dining room with coffee table, TV with satellite and cable connection and a DVD player. An ADSL Internet connection is also available.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with plenty of benchspace, pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine. There is a communal roof terrace in the building for you to enjoy.
The apartment is located in the famous La Macarena district of the old town. Its a quiet area but only a few minutes walk to the busy commercial centre. Two minutes walk away you can find the Macarena church, Parlamento Andaluz, the Arab Walls, the San Luís de los Franceses church, the Don Fabrique Tower, the Omnium Sanctorium church, the San Clemente and Santa Clara Monasteries and San Gil church.
The building is very close to the famous Alameda and the Magic Island amusement park there you can find so many things to see and do in Seville.
**You can always park your car in the street, but La Macarena quarter is normally quite crowded, so it may be a little difficult. There is parking near to the apartments (called “Aparcamiento Macarena”) that could be a good option. It is located in the street “San Juan de Rivera”**

"Very good appartment on a nice location. Quiet surrounding but nearby all the important attractions. "
How to get there from the airport:
- We think that the taxi is a good option, easy, quick and not very expensive. There is a fixed price for the airport service, which is around 22 EUR (plus small charges due to suitcases, night fee, etc.).
- You can also take a bus that drops you on Santa Justa train station, and then take another bus (Line C2) that will drop you very near to PERAL 56. For taking the C2, you need to walk out the main doors of the train station and go straight ahead about 100 meters to the bus stop. The city bus C2 will take you around the historic centre; the name of the street will change several times (Maria Auxiliadora, Recaredo, Ronda de Capuchinos), and eventually pass the Parliament building. You need to get off the bus one stop AFTER you see the Parliament building and the Basilica de la Macarena, at the “Calle Resolana/Feria” stop. Once you get off the bus you will need to cross the street (Calle Resolana) to get to Calle Bécquer and then Calle Peral.
How to get there from Santa Justa Station:
- You can take a taxi to the apartments, which should be approximately 6-7 EUR.
- You can also take the city bus (please see above, in how to get there from the airport, the instructions for taking the city bus from Santa Justa).
If you are travelling by car coming from other cities in Spain/Portugal, you can visit the Michelin website to get driving directions to Peral Street, number 56:
