We had a wonderful stay at the Las Curces apartments! The location was a beautiful, central location in old Sevilla. There was easy access to super markets, cafes, and shopping, and being in the heart of old Sevilla was spectacular. The apartment was very clean and adequately appointed for 4 people.We would recommend these apartments to everyone and hope that one day we can return!

Description

Castilla B is a bright, elegant 2-bedroom apartment in Seville´s cultural district of Triana, for up to six guests. Located inside a recently renovated 18th century building, the same building where the apartments Castilla II and Castilla 143 are located.

The accommodation in Seville has classic style look and is adorned with modern pieces, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The welcoming spirit of the apartment will truly make you feel at home.

It is close to the Guadalquivir River and the Plaza de Toros (bullfighting ring). Street parking is available.

This spacious air-conditioned property covers an area of 60 sqm and is beautifully illuminated with natural sunlight. There are two bedrooms, a sunny double bedroom with beside tables and lamps, as well as a spacious wardrobe for your belongings, and the another bedroom has a bunk bed, night tables and reading lamps.

The living room is a warm and cosy area with comfortable sofas, a sofa-bed, armchairs, coffe table and flat screen TV as well as a dinner table with chairs. A perfect space to sit with your travel companions to relax and enjoy a home cooked meal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available. All bed linen and towels are supplied. The newly fitted bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.

This neighbourhood is filled with artist workshops, potters and tile shops, and flamenco schools and isconsidered by many, to be one of the best locations in Andalucía to experience a live flamenco performance. The area was once an island separated from the rest of Seville by the river.

In 1582 a bridge was built, connecting it to the mainland. The ferries that used to take people from Triana to the city are now an enjoyable activity for tourists. Triana is also home to the Plaza del Altozano, a lively area filled with tapas bars where you can experience the best of Southern Spanish cuisine.
