We had a wonderful stay at the Las Curces apartments! The location was a beautiful, central location in old Sevilla. There was easy access to super markets, cafes, and shopping, and being in the heart of old Sevilla was spectacular. The apartment was very clean and adequately appointed for 4 people.We would recommend these apartments to everyone and hope that one day we can return!

If you are traveling to Seville, Spain with a numerous group of people, book this apartment with terrace, which offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests. Its fabulous location, right in the center of the city, will allow you to visit the main areas of the city. Lots of restaurants, bars, traditional restaurants, churches and museums are just a stone’s throw away. If one of the reasons of your trip is the Sevillian folklore, make sure to visit the fantastic “El Arenal”, a “tablao” or bar where Flamenco is performed. You can’t miss it!

Covering an area of 177 square meters, this spacious accommodation Seville is located on a second floor with elevator access. The building, called “Living-Sevilla” is a beautiful 19th century house, recently restored and decorated in Andalusian style. The property has been beautifully decorated and equipped in order to offer you a truly home environment. The living room has a double sofa bed, some armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, and WIFI internet connection. The dining table is placed next to the living room. There is access to a gorgeous balcony with amazing views of the neighborhood.

There are three bedrooms in this apartment, two of them with a double bed each and the other one, with two single beds. Each bedroom contains a spacious closet, bedside lamps and bedside tables. Bed clothes and towels are included.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. All pots, pans, crockery and cooking utensils are provided for you to cook delicious meals.

The terrace is really spacious and has the best views of the area. It has a shower and loungers, so that you can enjoy the view while you drink a delicious cup of coffee.

There are two bathrooms; each one of them is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a sink. Other facilities that will be at your disposal during your stay are air conditioning, heater system, ironing equipment, a washing machine and a writing desk.
