Santa Clara 10 is a fully equipped duplex apartment in Seville for up to six guests. This two-bedroom apartment offers you privacy and comfort for an affordable price. This rental is located in the house “Living-Sevilla”, a traditional 19th century building, which was recently renovated, but its facade and structure have been well preserved. The house has gorgeous fresh halls that lead to the apartment, surrounded by cozy interior patios with marble floors in black and white and fountains with relaxing sounds. Other details that make this property unique are native plants, and ornate grilles. This is a truly Andalusian environment!
Covering an area of 83 square meters, this Seville Lodging is located on the second floor of the building. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heater system and has lots of natural light. The structure of this apartment is divided in two floors; in the first floor are the entrance and the two bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom contains two single beds. Each room has access of natural light, a spacious closet, bedside lamps and bedside tables. Bed linen and towels are provided during your stay.
In the second floor of the apartment you will find the combined living/dining room and the open kitchen. The bright living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed, some armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, and WIFI internet connection for your recreation. The dining table seats six people. In this floor is the fantastic sunny private terrace of 16 square meters with views of an interior patio; this is the perfect place for enjoying your meals or sunbathing. It includes a table with chairs and loungers.
The modern open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, an extractor fan, a kettle, a dish washer, a kettle, a juice squeezer and a coffee maker. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied.
The bathroom, located in the first floor, contains a toilet, a shower and a sink. Other amenities that this apartment features are a reinforced door, a safe-deposit box, a washing machine, ironing equipment and a hairdryer.
