Santa Clara 14 is a very nice apartment in the heart of Seville, for up to six people. This affordable Seville Lodging is located in the house “Living-Sevilla”, a traditional 19th century Andalusian building, which was recently renovated, but its facade and structure have been well preserved. The house has gorgeous fresh halls that lead to the different apartments, surrounded by cozy interior patios with marble floors in black and white and fountains with relaxing sounds. Other details that make this property unique are native plants and ornate grilles.
Covering an area of 76 square meters, this two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of the building. It is equipped with air conditioning and heater system and is full of natural light. When you enter the apartment, you will see the combined living/dining room and the open kitchen. The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed, some armchairs, satellite TV, a plasma TV, and WIFI internet connection for your recreation. The dining table seats four people.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms include a spacious closet, bedside lamps and bedside tables. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. All cooking utensils are provided as well.
The bathroom contains a toilet, a shower and a sink. Other facilities that will be at your disposal during your stay are a washing machine and ironing equipment.
