Beautifully decorated and well equipped two-bedroom apartment for up to six guests, located in the house “Living-Sevilla”, a truly typical 19th century Andalusian accommodation. The building has three levels and was recently renovated, but its facade and structure have been well preserved. The house has gorgeous fresh halls that lead to the apartment, surrounded by cozy interior patios with marble floors in black and white and fountains with relaxing sounds. Other details that make this property unique are native plants, lattices that blend light and grilles.
Covering an area of 56 square meters, this accommodation Seville is located on the second floor of the building. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heater system and is full of natural light. The living room is painted in vivid colors and has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, some armchairs, satellite TV, and WIFI internet connection. The dining table has four chairs.
The master bedroom has a double bed (150 x 190 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds. Each room is equipped with a spacious closet, bedside lamps and bedside tables. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen has a big refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. All pots, pans, crockery and cooking utensils are provided for you to cook delicious meals.
The bathroom is complete with a toilet, a shower and a sink. Other facilities that will be at your disposal during your stay are a washing machine and ironing equipment.
