Santa Clara 3 is a two-bedroom apartment for up to six guests, located in the house “Living-Sevilla”, a truly typical 19th century Andalusian accommodation. The building has three levels and was recently renovated, but its facade and structure have been well preserved. The house has gorgeous fresh halls that lead to the apartment, surrounded by cozy interior patios with marble floors in black and white and fountains with relaxing sounds. Other details that make this property unique are native plants, lattices that blend light and grilles.

The property is equipped with air conditioning and heater system and is full of natural light. Its structure is divided in two levels; in the first floor is the combined living/dining room, which is equipped with a double sofa bed, some armchairs, satellite TV, and WIFI internet connection for your recreation. The dining table has four chairs.
