A lovely studio apartment for up to four guests, perfect for a family or a small group of friends. This cosy property is modern and stylishly decorated, with wooden floorboards. Santiago 3 is located on the ground floor of the building in La Judería, a quiet, residential area that is also within walking distance to the main attractions and the centre of the city.
The apartment is fully air conditioned (and with heating for winter) and has two double sofa beds. This living/bed room is also full of light and equipped with cable television and a dining table with chairs.Opposite the lounge area is the open kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an electric stove, kitchenware, utensils and crockery. Everything you need to cook in the apartment is provided, including a microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, and coffee maker.
The bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, toilet and basin. All bed linens and towels are provided for you. There is also a washing machine, ironing equipment and a hair dryer at your disposal during your stay.
From this apartment you are just few minutes walking distance away from the Gothic cathedral! Also nearby are local shops, a market and a supermarket, plenty of coffee shops and a variety of restaurants; a great location to discover Seville by foot. You will not lose any event in Seville with this location.
