We had a wonderful stay at the Las Curces apartments! The location was a beautiful, central location in old Sevilla. There was easy access to super markets, cafes, and shopping, and being in the heart of old Sevilla was spectacular. The apartment was very clean and adequately appointed for 4 people.We would recommend these apartments to everyone and hope that one day we can return!

Description

Santiago 4 is a spacious duplex apartment in Seville's most famous district of Santa Cruz, for up to six guests. The apartment still has its traditional features including exposed ceiling beams, new polished wooden floors and modern style furniture. A charming location that will truly make you feel at home.

This spacious air-conditioned property covers an area of 70 sqm. On the ground floor there is a living room adorned with comfortable sofa-beds, LCD television and armchairs as well as a dinner table with chairs. Located on the upper mezzanine level of the apartment, there is another king sized bed and a single bed, both with spacious wardrobe for your belongings

On the lower level is the fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware. Also available for your use is a washing machine and ironing equipment. All bed linen and towels are supplied. The newly fitted bathrooms have a shower, a basin, a toilet (one on each floor)and a hair dryer.

Moreover, the apartment has a very central location. Sights like Seville's cathedral, the Alcazar gardens and the historical centre as well as the shopping area are right at your fingertips.

Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants can be found in the surrounding area as well as art galleries and specialty shops. It is a great location to explore Seville on foot, and enjoy all the events in Seville.
