A light, bright and beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment in the historical centre of Seville’s Santa Cruz district. This opulently furnished apartment is surprisingly affordable and can host as many as four guests. It’s the perfect haven to enjoy while you’re exploring the delights of the city of Seville, a melting pot of Andalucian culture.
A traditional Sevillian-style apartment, this home has been renovated to allow for modern conveniences such as air conditioning and heating, yet is styled and furnished traditionally with dark wood feature pieces, tasteful works of art, chandeliers and potted plants to provide a charming ambiance and relaxing surrounding.
The large master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, and a bright sunny window. A second couple can sleep comfortably on the pull-out double sofa bed in the living area, which is truly the centrepiece of this magnificent home.
As well as the sofa, this space has two comfortable armchairs and dining table with four chairs. The floor-to-ceiling window is decorated with traditional Sevillian wrought iron detailing with stained glass and a lovely view to the charming street below. This area is also equipped with a television, DVD player, and CD player.
The kitchen is complete with quality kitchenware and appliances including a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. There’s also a hair dryer and ironing equipment for your convenience, and all bed linen and towels are provided.
In terms of a central city location, Carlos Cañal 36 is about as good as it gets: you are a minutes walk away from the central Gothic cathedral and surrounded by some of the oldest parts of the city- what was once Seville’s Jewish neighbourhood.
Other highlights in this area are the Royal Palace (Reial Alcazár) and the Murillo gardens. At your doorstep are some of the city’s best restaurants, shops and tapas bars, waiting to be explored and enjoyed by you and your travel companions!
