Description |
A beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment with private outdoor sun-terrace, Casa Catalina is fully equipped for up to six guests, and centrally located in Seville's historic Santa Catalina neighbourhood.
The apartment is air conditioned throughout, with heating for winter, and decorated with rich, warm colours and a mixture of contemporary and rustic antique- style furniture, making it both a pleasant and comfortable environment for you to enjoy when you're not out exploring the sights of Seville.
Ideal for a large family or group, the apartment is split across three levels. There are two spacious, exterior facing double bedrooms, each with balcony access. One has a double bed, the other has two king singles, which can be joined together if preferred. A third couple can sleep on the comfortable sofa-bed in the downstairs living space.
The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a second sofa, armchair and side table with two extra chairs. There is also a coffee table, two reading lamps and a television.
As well as the living space, you can also take advantage of the private outdoor sun terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a meal, and views of the surrounding historic neighbourhood.
The kitchen is fully- equipped with with kitchenware, utensils and modern appliances including a microwave oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
The bathroom is newly tiled with modern fixtures including a toilet, basin and shower. All bed linen and towels are provided for you, as well as a washing machine, ironing equipment and a hairdryer for added convenience.
Location wise, this apartment is perfect if you want to explore Seville on foot. You are right in the heart of the historic centre, within easy walking distance to many of the city's most important attractions as well as an excellent range of restaurants, tapas bars and cafes.
