Description |
Seville Loft 5 is a fully renovated luxury duplex for up to six guests. Located inside a heritage Sevillian Mansion but fully renovated and furbished in a modern style, with a private 40m squared balcony. The apartment is very close to the Cathedral and Maestranza Bullfighting arena in the historic centre of town.
The apartment is split over two levels with air conditioning and heating for year round comfort. One large double bedroom has two adjoined single beds and a large window with old fashioned wooden shutters. There are two lounge areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with a pull out sofa bed to accommodate another four guests. There are also two bathrooms for added convenience.
The main living area downstairs is spacious with a dining area with table and chairs and a brand new open American style kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for a home cooked meal. All bed linen and towels are provided as well as ironing equipment and a washing machine for your convenience.
