A beautifully appointed three-bedroom house with private outdoor sun-terrace, this house is fully equipped for up to six guests, and centrally located in Seville´s historic Santa Catalina neighbourhood. A perfect place for you to start exploring the main important Seville areas.

Ideal for a large family or group, the house is split across three levels. On the first floor, you will find the lounge area, comfortably furnished with a second sofa, armchair and side table with two extra chairs. There is also a coffee table, two reading lamps and a television.
The kitchen, also on the first floor, is fully- equipped with kitchenware, utensils and modern appliances including a microwave oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
You can reach the second and third floors through a spiral staircase. On the second floor, there is a spacious, exterior facing double bedroom with balcony access. It has two single beds. The bedroom on the third floor has a double bed. Despite the bedrooms have not doors, this property offers you all the privacy you need because they are located on separated levels.
There is a beautiful attic bedroom, on the forth floor, with a double bed. All bedrooms have bedside lamps, bedside tables, blankets and sheets.
