The apartment was lovely, clean and modern and situated in a quiet street in a perfect area within walking distance of the cathedral and other attractions and many bars and restaurants. The representative who met us at the apartment was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Las Curces apartments! The location was a beautiful, central location in old Sevilla. There was easy access to super markets, cafes, and shopping, and being in the heart of old Sevilla was spectacular. The apartment was very clean and adequately appointed for 4 people.We would recommend these apartments to everyone and hope that one day we can return!

The apartment was lovely. Clean and spacious with all the facilities you need for cooking. It was in a very quiet area despite being within easy reach of the City centre. We would certainly recommend it to others.

     

Een fantastisch studio appartement in een nieuw gerenoveerd gebouw in het centrum van de oude stad van Sevilla. Dit moderne appartement heeft een donker houten vloer, mooie balken die door het appartement heen lopen en is prachtig geschilderd in lichte creme tinten. Er is centrale airconditioning en verwarming.

De woonkamer heeft een comfortabele slaapbank, een koffie tafel een eettafel met 4 stoelen. Daarnaast een televisie, DVD speler en stereo. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met pannen en kookgerei, een wasmachine en wasdroger, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat en electrisch fornuis. De badkamer heeft een douche en de handdoeken en het beddegoed liggen voor u klaar.

Het appartement ligt in het historische gedeelte van Sevilla, op een paar minuten lopen van de kathedraal en andere bezienswaardigheden in Santa Cruz, en ligt vlakbij openbaar vervoer. Er zijn 3 appartementen in het complex, dus we hebben de optie om 10 mensen te laten verblijven in 3 appartementen in hetzelfde gebouw.
